Course Access
Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive access to course materials including video lessons, written content, and practice exercises. Course access is provided for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and materials to access and complete the course.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under Irish consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your course enrollment within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
To cancel within the cooling-off period, contact us at support@quoglarnmriz.world with your enrollment details.
Refunds After Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent course access and cannot be resolved
- Medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances
- Course content that significantly differs from the course description
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@quoglarnmriz.world with supporting documentation where applicable.
Partial Refunds
If you have accessed more than 25% of course content but less than 50%, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. No refunds are available if more than 50% of course content has been accessed.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Course Transfers
In some circumstances, we may allow transfer of enrollment to a different course or a different start date. Transfer requests must be made before accessing more than 25% of the original course content.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Optional feedback services that have already been provided
- Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed
- Services that have been fully completed
Disputes and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may file a complaint. We will review your complaint and respond within 30 days.
For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority in Ireland.
Changes to Course Content
We reserve the right to update or modify course content to improve educational quality. If significant changes are made to a course you have enrolled in, we will notify you and may offer a refund or course transfer option.

Course Completion Certificates
Upon successful completion of a course, you may be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued digitally and are included in the course fee. Physical certificates may be available for an additional fee.
To be eligible for a certificate, you must complete all required course modules and assignments. Certificate requirements are outlined in each course description.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course materials, please contact our technical support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
If technical issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe and significantly impact your ability to complete the course, you may be eligible for a refund or course extension. Each case is evaluated individually.
Course Access Duration
Course access is typically provided for a specified duration from the date of enrollment. Access duration varies by course and is clearly stated at the time of enrollment.
If you need extended access due to exceptional circumstances, contact us before your access expires. Extension requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.
Gift Purchases
If you purchase a course as a gift, the refund policy applies to the original purchaser. The gift recipient must contact us through the original purchaser to request a refund.
Gift course access begins when the recipient activates their enrollment. The 14-day cooling-off period begins from the activation date, not the purchase date.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by our customer service team. We will investigate your concerns and provide a written response within 14 business days.
For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in Ireland for assistance.
